Anyone who has tried to get a straight answer about a builders merchant in Cork knows the drill: one page shows products, another shows a phone number, and the search snippets still leave you guessing. The phone number on Cork Builders Providers’ own product page is 021 496 1700, but the full picture — two branches, service categories, and hours — takes a bit of assembling, and here is what is confirmed, what is unclear, and how to check the details that matter before you visit.

  • Confirm hours and stock by calling 021 496 1700 before visiting, and open the Apple Maps location listing for directions to the Togher depot.

The pattern: official pages and directory listings agree on the core details, while the gaps show up only when you compare them.

The table below lines up the core facts with the sources that support them.

Detail Value
Business name Cork Builders Providers

Main branch Togher Industrial Estate, Cork (Cork Builders Providers (official site))
Second branch Blackpool, Cork (Mallow Road area)
Phone (Togher) 021 496 1700 (Cork Builders Providers (hire page)); +353 21 496 1700 (Paint Ireland (local directory))

The catch

The two phone formats — 021 496 1700 and +353 21 496 1700 — look like different lines but point to the same Togher contact. The missing piece is a separate Blackpool number.

What is Cork Builders Providers Togher’s phone number?

The Togher number is 021 496 1700. A directory listing repeats the same line in international format as +353 21 496 1700.

Is the Togher phone number 021 496 1700?

  • The official hire page lists 021 496 1700 for the Togher depot (Cork Builders Providers (hire page)).
  • Paint Ireland’s directory entry gives +353 21 496 1700 for the same business (Paint Ireland (local directory)).

Is there a different phone number for the Blackpool branch?

  • The sources reviewed for this article do not show a separate Blackpool phone number.

The implication: 021 496 1700 is the number that appears on both the company’s own page and a directory listing, so it is the safest first contact. Blackpool-specific phone details are best asked for once you’re connected.

What are the opening hours for Cork Builders Providers’ Togher and Blackpool branches?

Third-party location data gives a consistent weekly pattern for Togher. The company’s own pages reviewed here do not call it out.

Togher hours from location data

  • Apple Maps lists Monday–Friday 07:00–17:00, Saturday 08:00–14:00, and Sunday closed (Apple Maps (location data)).
  • Paint Ireland reproduces the same weekly pattern (Paint Ireland (local directory)).

Blackpool branch hours

  • Blackpool-specific opening times do not appear in the provided search data.

Trade and public customers

  • No source reviewed here separates trade hours from public hours.

What this means: the hours you see online come from location data rather than the company’s own product pages. A quick phone call before a long trip is the safe move.

What do reviews say about Cork Builders Providers Togher?

Public review coverage is thin. No aggregate customer rating shows up in the search snippets, and the clearest signals come from directory testimonials and an employer profile.

Where can I find verified customer reviews?

  • No verified customer-review score or count appears in the provided search data.
  • Indeed’s employer profile shows an overall employee rating of 4.0 out of 5 (Indeed (employer profile)).

What patterns appear in customer feedback?

  • Paint Ireland testimonials name an employee called James at the plumbing counter and an employee called David at the doors and floors counter (Paint Ireland (directory testimonials)).
  • Testimonials also describe accessible entry, substantial parking, and a straightforward checkout (Paint Ireland (directory testimonials)).
What to watch

Review signals are thin. The 4.0 rating on Indeed measures employees, not customers, and Paint Ireland testimonials are individual stories rather than a verified score.

The pattern: the strongest service signals are floor-level comments about named staff, not a formal rating system. If counter help matters, try a quieter weekday visit and ask for the right department.

How do I get directions to Cork Builders Providers Togher?

The Togher depot has a published address, and a second branch sits in the Blackpool area of the city.

What is the address of Cork Builders Providers Togher?

  • West Link, Togher Industrial Estate, Cork, T12 A324 (Cork Builders Providers (official site)).
  • The company says it operates from two locations within Cork City (Cork Builders Providers (official site)).

Which Cork Builders Providers branch is closer to me?

  • Open the Apple Maps location listing for turn-by-turn directions to the Togher depot (Apple Maps (location data)).
  • If you are closer to the Mallow Road side of the city, target the Blackpool branch rather than crossing to Togher.

The trade-off: Togher is the address most listings describe in detail. Blackpool is handy if it is nearer, but its stock list and phone line are less documented in the sources reviewed here.

What products and services does Cork Builders Providers supply?

The range goes beyond bricks and blocks: official pages and employer-profile data point to hire, civils, heating and plumbing, and landscaping lines.

What product categories are listed for the Togher depot?

  • Indeed’s company profile lists building materials, heating, plumbing and bathrooms, civils, plant hire and sales, landscaping, and DIY (Indeed (employer profile)).
  • The official about page says the Togher premises supply construction products to all sectors of the industry (Cork Builders Providers (official site)).

What about hire and delivery?

  • The hire page advertises plant and scaffold hire, Click & Collect, and delivery within 2–3 working days (Cork Builders Providers (hire page)).

Why this matters: this is a multi-trade supplier, not a single-shed merchant. One stop can cover building materials, hire, plumbing, and landscaping needs.

Cork Builders Providers timeline: from 1990 to today

  • 1990: the company was formed, according to its employer profile (Indeed (employer profile)).
  • Present day: the official about page says the business operates from two locations within Cork City (Cork Builders Providers (official site)).

The point: a 1990 start gives the business solid local roots, and the two-location setup suggests demand spans both the Togher and Blackpool sides of the city.

What’s confirmed and what’s still unclear about Cork Builders Providers Togher?

Confirmed details

  • Togher depot is at West Link, Togher Industrial Estate, Cork, T12 A324 (Cork Builders Providers (official site)).

  • Blackpool branch hours and any separate Blackpool phone number are not shown.
  • No verified customer rating or review count appears in the search data.
  • Whether counter sales are open to the public without a trade account is not confirmed.

The pattern: the confirmed facts come from first-party pages and employer data, while the gaps are the details that change most — hours, reviews, and Blackpool-specific contact points.

What the sources say

Cork Builders Providers describes its Togher premises as supplying construction products to all sectors of the industry.

Cork Builders Providers (official site)

Its hire page says plant and scaffold hire are available at Togher, with Click & Collect and delivery in 2–3 working days.

Cork Builders Providers (hire page)

A Paint Ireland testimonial mentions a broad product range, with staff named at the plumbing and doors counters.

Paint Ireland (directory testimonials)

The upshot: the business speaks with one voice on range and service, but the absence of a verified review system leaves room for a phone call.

Final takeaway

For anyone building or renovating in Cork, the decision is simple: call 021 496 1700 before you travel if you need current hours or Blackpool-branch stock, and treat directory testimonials as color rather than verified reviews. The alternative is arriving on a Sunday to a closed Togher depot — a mistake a 30-second phone call prevents.
